There are very few origami Masters in Canada and we are lucky to have one living right here in Vancouver! Joseph Wu has been folding paper since he was 3 years old. His works have been showcased at the Vancouver Winter Olympics, New York Times, and all over the world. He even designed an origami beluga whale to commemorate the birth of the new baby beluga at the Vancouver Aquarium.
His latest installation work was for the Vancouver Aquarium where he created 96 Jelly Fish for their Luminescence: Jelly Swarm exhibit running December 2011- January 2012. Read the 26 December 2011 Huffington Post’s article on Joseph’s work.
